testimony in both depositions and trials.

a landowner’s agricultural assessment. Value Adjustment
Board hearings are becoming more common with the tightening
of local budgets. FES takes pride in assisting legitimate
agricultural landowners with the defense of their agriculturally
assessed property. Successful defense of an agricultural
landowner’s assessment is never guaranteed. Evidence

goals and objectives, verification of active management
